1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 7i97 platform and all related services. 7i97 is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

7i97 is intended only for those aged 21 and above ("For 21+ Only"). Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

7i97 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any user at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7i97 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the conditions stated below.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement 20x).
• The bonus is applicable only once and can be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the conditions have been met.
• The time period for meeting bonus conditions will be stated in the details of each offer.
• 7i97 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if irregularities are suspected in fulfilling its conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 7i97 are operated through secure and fair technology. The outcome of each game is determined through an encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined based on the data saved on the server.
• Players are responsible for fair play; the use of any automation software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• No bet may be placed on a sports betting event after the result has been announced.
• 7i97 reserves the right to suspend or modify any game or betting series at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7i97 platform and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Fraud, cheating, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Misusing bonus benefits or cheating to fulfil bonus conditions.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of platform data or technology.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other users.
• Behaving in an indecent manner toward live casino dealers.

If such activities are detected, 7i97 reserves the right to confiscate deposited funds and take legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

7i97 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Disclosure of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Loss caused by delays or problems in third-party payment processing.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
• The consequences of any financial decision made based on information from the platform.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

7i97 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• An account that has been inactive for an extended period (more than 3 years).
• Due to legal or regulatory directives.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any eligible funds will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.
